Dental Art Photography
Requirements
The category is open to all dentists, dental technicians and students. Each participant can submit 1 photography. The aim of the category is to encourage creativity and artistry in dentistry.
Art photography differs from other kinds of photography in the way it represents reality – objectivity is not a priority; instead, the goal is to instill in the viewer a specific artistic message. This is done with the help of various techniques, composition and tonality, as well as applying a certain visual language, untypical of other genres in photography.
It is mandatory that the author of art dental photography is dentist or dental technician. According to rules and conditions of the contest all video and other filed materials must include only the name of the specialist who applied for participation.
